There has not been one GOPer down there in the last two years that has done the city a damn bit of good. One of our important cities...culturally and economically.....and its dying on the vine. Why? Because its black and Democratic.. NO and LA have been Democratic ruled for a long time and still are. Think maybe that could be part of the problem? Did you know Katrina actually hit Biloxi MS, not NO? How come you don't see the msm floating stories about MS? What you all have allowed to happen to NO is a venal sin and should be persecuted accordingly. For that travesty alone, it will be a cold day in hell before I vote for another GOP candidate. Give me a break, you don't give a good goddam about NO. If you did, you'd be upset at Edwards hedge fund for foreclosing on KAtrina mortgages. what hedge funds pay as bonuses is up to them and their investors. I couldn't care less and don't see it as a moral issue. If that's what you believe, then please stop your trashing of Edwards. You have no room to talk. Why? I didn't criticize Edwards for getting a big bonus. I pointed out his hedge fund foreclosed on Katrina mortgagees (defending Edwards over this after you've just pretended to be outraged at Republicans who supposedly haven't done enough for NO is particularly hypocritical* )which is a dirty though lawful business to me. *Its downright Cliffordesque.
