From the very first page of the latest S-4 / A :
-----------------------------------------------------------start---
Upon consummation of the Merger, each share of the common stock,
of Lunn ("Lunn Common Stock") will be converted into the right
to receive 0.1 of a share of the common stock, of the Combined Company
("Combined Company Common Stock"), each share of the common stock,
of TPG ("TPG Common Stock")will be converted into the right to
receive 8.3028 shares of Combined Company Common Stock
------------------------------------------------------------end---

1 share of LUNN = 1/10 share of New Company
10 shares of LUNN = 1 share of New Company
100 shares of LUNN = 10 shares of New Company

As far as the market makers setting price......the same conversion
to your LUNN shares will be happening to the MM shares.
For Example.....Say I make a market in LUNN and on the last day
before the merger , I have 100K shares that I paid a buck and a half
for. The day after merger , I now have 10K shares. What do you think
I'm going to set the price at ? (hint..$15)
Buyers and sellers will have an immediate affect on that price
depending on the perceived value of the new company , but for at
least one short moment in time , the MM's will set the price based
on the 10 to 1 exchange in shares.

Instead of owning 1,000 shares of a company that earns 10
cents per year , you will own 100 shares of a company that
earns almost 1 dollar per year.
