Bond, in my limited wizdumb, I would expect that if I were a MM, I would try to accum. as many shares, by whatever means ,before the merger announcement.Just prior to it(day or 2), raise the value of the company by market manipulation, therefore have a great profit to start the newco with??? If this is the case then we can see some real efforts by the MMF to bring the price of the stock down?
