I just sent the following E-mail to AccuMed:

Dr. Winrow,

Shouldn't AccuMed be aggressively addressing the false information on
insider trading that is popping up on the internet? As a shareholder,
I find it very disconcerting to find reports showing that the CEO has
filed to sell all of his holdings in AccuMed. In fact, it appears
like someone is trying to manipulate the share price down. (See
attachment from Stock Smart below) Sure looks like some type of press
release is in order. I understand that Peter P. Gombrich has sold
only 800,000 shares and has no plans to sell any more. According to
Stock Smart he has filed to sell 3,399,690 shares since 9/5/97. No
wonder share price is dropping. The stock price was on the way up
until this report came out. I wouldn't think a simple disclaimer
would eliminate Stock Smart from all liability. Copy of this E-mail
has been forwarded to the webmaster at Stock Smart.

Maybe it is time for some positive news releases such as:
