I've not done them on a grill, but know they can be done that way....I do mine in the oven at about 425, for 20-30 minutes depending on how you like them. We like them so they are just barely done, and have a little brown/trim...<g>

Depending on mood, cut them in strips or in chunks about an inch or 1 1/2 inches ....stir in a bit of olive oil and lemon pepper....Bake as above. When done, pour on a bit of balsalmic vinegar....EAT....They are great!
