Thanks for the MEMs thread Greg. Doug Fant wrote an interesting article on the potential for the "flip chip" design - UTEK introduced the Titan I, and will introduce the higher dollar models for use in this area soon. UTEK announced a month or so ago a multi-million dollar order for the Titan. Doug thinks UTEK could get a larger piece of this action also - members.aol.com Best - Joe
