The main reason I want Edwards is I don't want the GOP to even have the opportunity to run huge sexist or racist smear campaigns, and they can do this without ever being obvious about it. for instance "Obama is from the Jesse Jackson wing of the Democrat party" is one they'd use. Or, "Hillary is castrating, emasculating, and she and her lesbians friends, blah blah"

See what I mean? That said, I thnk the GOP is going to lose anyway in 2008.

But if we want a landslide, remember, they have very little ammo against Edwards except to say he's too good-looking and is not for the big corporate interests. Which is a good thing.
