Unfortunately CCUR is in a secret society of closed mouth insiders. The customers in Cable and Government defense, have tight lips. The Cox Arizona and Brighthouse wins were totally under the radar. They are not alone though, even very profitable companies like ARRS have been getting clocked. ARRS is selling at a PE of 5.98 even after buying another profitable company CCBL.

It was interesting that SEAC sold it's share for FilmFlex to
Disney and Sony in Europe. Based on the no compete clause, they (SEAC) apparently made off well. This also tells me that the content providers are excited about Europe and VOD.

A big player in Europe still without VOD is Liberty Global LBTYA. And CCUR has already won their Japan and Puerto Rico divisions. IPTV (Microsoft) is ramping up in Europe (re: SIGM)
the HFC Cable companies have to compete.

International is 5 years late to the game. That was in the plan for CCUR when it was $18-$20 but Europe had financial problems. They too have a cablelabs. Here is list of players.

The same vendors are also the players. SEAC has inside track on Germany with their ODG content. Linux friendly Europe may prefer CCUR even if SEAC is on the box. ARRS/CCBL and Broadbus/MOT are also players. Arroyo/CSCO is a lets see.

And now, North America servers are reaching the 5 year maturity for depreciation. Time Warner is CCUR friendly and ahead of Comcast in SDV, they should have the bucks.
Winning NYC and LA for an upgrade would be sweet.

Cox was smart and waited for the second generation and picked CCUR. Comcast may be 2009 and 2010 depending on their priorities. CHTR, MCCC who knows, but they appear to be more Broadbus/MOT clients.

Then there is Real Time.......

The CEO can't manipulate the stock price. He can only run the business. The risk is a reverse split at the stockholders meeting after June. But if any of the deals above play out, we won't have to worry about it. A reverse split would not be the end of the world, if business is picking back up. Some other visible players like Sun (JAVA) have already bitten the bullet.
