I'd be careful with EBAY. My charts are telling me that it's breaking down on a quarterly basis, with the 13 quarter MA moving below the 22 quarter MA: bigcharts.marketwatch.com Now maybe my choice of MA's is faulty, but the stochastic definitely indicates a downtrend commencing.. And if you input monthly indicators, you see a similiar situation, with the MACD going negative and the price trading under the 13 and 50 Month MA's (50MMA inputted separately). However, I hope your analysis is more correct than mine. Because I don't like the consequences of my analysis for the rest of the Nasdaq. Hawk
