You should sell snake oil. You got 6 recommendations for a post which avoided dealing with population increase for a non-increasing commodity (available land) as somehow being related to price for that commodity. Yes, real estate was much cheaper in Manhattan when the Pilgrims first showed up there compared to now, but it has very little to do with debt.
