Too often kids are taught in school that it's never ok to get physical. That attitude is what led to hundreds of college students cowering under desks at VA Tech last spring while a madman stalked and killed them.

Better Jr. see his dad stick up for him than back down to avoid a confrontation.

And, maybe next time sweatshirt punk will think twice before he gets physical with someone again over an accidental bump. Anyone who would push a 9-year old down, however, is probably the kind of person who will take his shame over being whupped by you out on his little brother or the cat.
