Colleges, hospitals,many churches and the Federal govt ALWAYS seem to have an insatiable need for expansion, money, and putting up more buildings. What they build always has to be the most expensive type of construction possible, often replicating every detail of 17th century European masonry or ancient architecture. All institutions that relentlessly cry poor and incessantly plead for money

There's got to somehow be a connection. :)
