I wish you good luck with that, and I hope that the Feds don't appear and try to pile on. We were in a similar situation in 1994 and the best advice we got was to: Get a good lawyer Fight hard Postpone, delay, and defer at every opportunity. Maybe the prosecutor that cares so much will move on and the next guy will have better things to worry about. Please let us know how things go for you.
