That presentation wasn't bad. Although there are all sorts of issues with our system re appropriate care, the biggest problem relates to administrative inefficiency. That said, there are as many examples of national healthcare systems that don't work as those that do work. The best guy to read on this topic is Howard Bolnick or another of his colleagues at Northwestern.
