Sonny: Well, I got out yesterday, nothing to write home about, but I think that the market in general has not factored in the European rise in interest rates. I do not see any severe decline, but I think that by next Friday, SPCT will be kept under 50. I will probably have another opportunity to jump in at better prices. I could even see a spike just below 40, to scare all the faithfuls, but I am not counting on it. Have a good weekend, and to all those concerned, a happy (while dutyfully sombre) high holiday. Zeev
