I just paid $2.95 to extract this stupid article in which the class action law suit was by someone who owns 300 shares. I got excited about the heading of this article!!

Fleet Financial Group is said to be in talks to buy credit
card issuer Advanta, although officials are remaining
tight-lipped about a prospective deal.

The Bond Market Association is now offering a training
program aimed at providing continuing education for
institutional and retail broker-dealers for both mortgage
and asset-backed securities.

Fargo-based agricultural financial services company Ag
Capital has opened an $80 million facility guaranteed by
CapMAC in a commercial paper conduit operated by
Nesbitt Burns. The certificates are backed by a portfolio
of secured crop and equipment loans and leases made by
Ag Capital.

Howard Gunty Profit Sharing Plan trustee Michael
Ceasar recently filed a class-action lawsuit on behalf of
Cityscape common stock purchasers from this April
though August, in the wake of the firm's stock price
plummeting from $32 a share to a level between $8 and
$10 a share over the past several months. Ceasar's claim
stems from his ownership of just 300 shares of stock, but
the class action may draw other shareholders.
