Each one of these Hay Rides that they are taking us on is framed to the prevailing cap and control algorithm to offset in advance; positions that should move up from lower consolidations. Get up 5 year charts, good examples are L0710, you'll quickly find the current gap they want to fill....contribute nothing ( accepting fractional deconstruction for the purpose of Rotation) until gap is filled and consolidation occurs. Nothing but systemic BS ahead of the movement from a lower issue up. They are completely sold out of near everything. If the SEC actually enforced the law, things would be different indeed, but they dont so.......... A remains A..

Seeking overhead gaps is an offset to filling lower ones accrued in 9 to 12 month previous run ups. Alternation is the active system catalyst within cap and control.

Accept all of it for what it is...focus on Q with the best potential out of consolidation.

There is a time window closing on the 10th, i expect obfuscation to prevail though the end of the month.
