A little more on my theory vis-a-vis Pomeroy. There is a world of difference between selling computer components, even put into a package like Dell does it, and selling an integrated system. If you are running a business, you want someone available NOW to answer the one question and it's worth the extra money you pay. And if you have a network or web site, this is critical. My understanding of Vitech is that they are there for their customers, will put the system together so it works and will make sure the blasted thing is working like it's supposed to. Fiddling with your home computer is frustrating, but nothing compared to fiddling with your business system while your business tanks.

Anyway, my understanding of Vitech is that they are providing "system integrator" capabilities, which is something Wall Street consistently undervalues. When I bought my home PC, I shopped for the best price. When I deal with my business (small law firm) computers, I don't even look at the price tag hardly. I want it working NOW, take my phone call or get someone here to fix it ASAP, I'll pay your damned $100/hr or whatever.
