"guess they use the Friday close for Saturday and Sunday. Technically they could be counted as zero. Holidays in London might use the day before price."

"""into Chesapeake common shares on or after the
date on which the average of the London PM fix closing trading price of gold for the trading days on such
market during any 90 day period is equal to or greater than US$850 per ounce of gold."""
Holidays and weekends count on the 90 days ,but not on the $850 average price, only the trading days count there.
Starting with 01/02/2008 we now have 6 days and 4 trading days with an average of $854.9625.If the average stays high,we could perhaps count 12/31/07(Mon)then we could count 01/01/08 (holiday) and 12/29/07(Sat)and 12/30/07(Sun),I think I will wait until we have 60 days until we get to technical.
