Should Goddard, Glass and Icahn go to prison for defrauding Cadus shareholders?
In the history of the biotech sector, only one CEO has suddenly stopped talking about a royalty-bearing agreement, large market op, and never talked about it again. Goddard suddenly went silent on the Solvay deal inherited from Cadus, royalty due to Cadus from OSI in the event that SLV320 is the first inherited project to reach market.
Goddard went Solvay Silent BEFORE the tarceva windfall, when he was desperate for good news.
I talked to Dr. Woler before and after the OSI deal, and the agreement is filed with SEC documents. I subsequently spoke with Ms. Paige on several occasions. I feel that I'd make a good witness.
If the company is ever sold or used as a surviving shell in a reverse, shareholders should receive all interests in Cadus Technologies. That will assure that this mystery is solved, some day. Insist on it, please. Mr. Glass may have conveniently lost the company files, but attorneys always have backup copies. Always. Molecular fingerprints are forever, and we have a direct statement from Solvay that SLV320 originated at Cadus.
(Ex-Cadus and OSI employees.... certainly, your obligation re. confidentiality has expired. I don't understand why you're not here, telling me that I'm full of crap. Please do so.) |
