Let's also not forget that Europe and parts of Asia (china specifically) are seeing tremendous real estate price surges.. The one thing that sets us apart from Europe has been our high employment rate. So, with that in mind, the high unemployment in Europe should be considered a factor when it comes to assessing their real estate bubble (and borrowers ability to maintain their mortgages). Hawk
