No, Bush can't give us all $500 cash. However, Goldman Sachs alone could send 300 Million Americans $90 each, if they wanted to hand out (redistribute) their net income(wealth) from the past 4 years! Ya think they'll do it? Just for the good PR they'll get? EDIT: are there 300 million Americans yet?
