Sankar, I'm sure Shane and me can chip in a 1.00 each to help defer your costs. <VBG> Personally, I think this is great news. I sent the blood sucking lawyers who filed the suit a message requesting additional information. Haven't heard back from them yet. I have to admit. I had a big laugh at this one. The big class action suit against CTYS is over 300 shares! (I'm still laughing ;-) Knowledge is power. Thanks for looking into this! This news has lifted my spirits. IMO, I don't think we will retest the 52 week low. If we break 9.5 then I think we may dip to 9.00ish range, and slowly drift back towards 10. We do need some more good news.... I wish we could move a release over the wire about the 'SIZE' of this class action suit... Christopher PS Please, let me know where to send the check! <VBG>
