I think CRNR is too small to split in two. Spin-off of hardware side would be likely only in an acquisition scenario.

I don't see CRNR in the high 4's absent a downside surprise so significant that they would have pre-announced already. While we all hope for the best, expectations for this quarter are already low and built into the price. But if you have anything to support the notion of CRNR going into the the 4's besides speculation then lay it on the table.
