Distressed property is not that the property is distressed but the owner is distressed. forget all this crap<<To some extent this has to do with age and energy level. Also, it helps if you are good at finding contractors, plumbers, etc., and in general dealing with and bargaining with people face to face. It can be a good deal of trouble to undistress and resell a distressed property>> Your purchase price should be low enough for you to move the property by doing nothing, it all has to do with price. I`m glad everybody thinks this is rocket science.;0)
