I've seen and heard enough about good numbers which didn't lead to a prosperous future, so I think it's important to talk to the end users of a company's products. I don't place much importance on the appearance of TNCR's software group being in disarray because my data sample is too small and you can always find disgruntled software engineers without having to go search for them. On the other hand, it was TNCR's AIT system which tipped the scales and led me to buy some shares. I've heard of one case where TNCR couldn't deliver a system, and if there are a few others then this might be the smoke that tells us about the fire: perhaps the system is not as good as TNCR says, and maybe its market share will never rise above 10 percent. Considering all the resources the company has applied to this product I think that would be a major stumble. Can we hear from anyone who has used the product? I'd like some positive words from a few end users.
