January 08, 2008 10:55 AM Eastern Time Costa Brava Partnership Receives Notice from the Circuit Court for Baltimore City BOSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Costa Brava Partnership III, L.P. today announced that it has received notice that two counts in its lawsuit pending against Telos Corporation (OTC: TLSRP) in the Circuit Court for Baltimore City were dismissed. Two additional counts remain in the lawsuit and the trial is tentatively scheduled to begin on April 28, 2008. The Case is titled Costa Brava Partnership III, L.P., et al v. Telos Corporation et al. (24-C-05-009-296). About Costa Brava Partnership III, L.P. Costa Brava is a Boston based investment fund, managed by Roark, Rearden & Hamot Capital Management LLC.
