OK, you asked for backup - there you have it. I didn't make any of it up. Did Obama suggest we should bring religion into the public square? yes. Did Obama attack social security by using the right wing meme "calling it a crisis". Yes. We can disagree on many things, but Obama said these things. One of the disadvantages of being articulate is people assume you mean what you say. Obama said it. I'll take his word that those are his views.
