If you weren't there, you would not understand the Kennedy mystique. In 1960, I was President of the Kennedy for President group on the University of WA campus. I remember having coffee with Ted Kennedy in the student lounge of the law school and he gave me his "Kennedy for President" PT boat Tie clasp. Like others, I deeply admired the Kennedys and mourned the assasination of John and Bobby. There is something about Obama that does stir those memories of Camelot.
