It sure sounds good. I really love that kind of soup. Everything that isn't spoiled can go from refrigerator to the pot. I also like to add chicken broth to all soups, even the veggie beef soup I made last week. I buy the fat free cans and keep several of them around. I make instant mashed spuds with it and often use it when the package calls for water. Having left over veggie beef noodle soup tonight. Chilly day around here and I've been out in it all day. Good soup night!
