Michael:

I obviously don't know their situation better than anyone else but I feel that they are a young company, growing, reorganizing, etc.. I think I gave my opinion on their inventory growth in an earlier post. AR is growing but so is their business. I am sure they recognize that. As to more cash, I am just waiting for a secondary offering which will happen. I'll say one thing, they are keeping it in the family. They want to get very rich, which they stated in the beginning--ie, they are in it for the money. I really don't care what they do as long as revenue and net income keep growing. Eventually, AR/inventory/cash/ will be made efficient so that they can maximize profits. Most of their money will come from the stock. Wall Street will reward for continued growth and in so make them rich. This is my take, perhaps a little on the riskier side of things but worth it. It's all fairly risky to me. Look at Cabletron systems, for instance, their cash/fundamentals looked excellent a while back. Overnight they warned about missing big time and their stock opened at 30. The day before it had closed around 45. Ok...sorry to ramble but that's my take on the current situation. Not much riskier than anything else, in fact less so because they are a relatively new issue and won't be put under the microscope until they are trading at a very high multiple. (:
