Anyone:

I have purchased ilp twice through Nat'l. Discount Brokers, both times through the Vancouver exchange. Was wondering if anyone knows why you can't purchase on nasdaq as it is listed ipnrf... or can you? Would be nice to circumvent high commission of Vancouver exchange. Anyone...?
