The nations will still be entities, like local councils run towns and cities. But there is already a supranational entity developing. But that leaves plenty of room for Ron Paul philosophy to run those local entities.

With tradable citizenships, the current serfdom in which people think they like to live will be cracked open and freedom will beckon. Hordes, like slaves from the south of the USA, will find something which they prefer to state serfdom as chattels of the politicians currently in charge.
