C'mon Lizzy, the Dow is up 150 points today, doesn't that prove what a great economic leader Bush has been?

The DOW is up 20% for the 7 years Bush has been President. Doesn't that settle it once and for all?

Bush cut taxes and it took until 2005 for Federal Revenue to get back to where it was in 2000 before the cut. Doesn't that prove tax cuts increase revenue?
