I've heard new lows beget new lows, but I'm not very good at momentum investing and haven't studied it.

Seems to me the risk here is the general market risk. If they are being adopted by major carriers worldwide, and if they are a number of generations ahead of anything else out there, this should be a double and maybe a lot more, poor public speaking notwithstanding.
