How do the rules apply to your selection if the company is taken over by another? Are you out of the contest?

If it is a cash deal it might makes sense to say you are done. However, if one gets taken over for shares only do you get an adjusted cost basis? Or is that too complicated to track?

If I can ride through a takeover - I'll select Sulliden Exploration, SUE on the big board. If not I reserve the right to make another selection.
