Baytown Reactor Demo Summary

Apparently, early this week a Demo of one of the Baytown Reactors was performed for a significant group of witnesses. I have summarized the little info that we have on this, for the benefit of this and other Boards. Obviously, none of us were at the Demo, so we can not state this as factual, but rather our best guess of the events.

1.) The reactor ran from 6am to 9pm producing biocrude with NO problems!

2.) The demo produced hundreds of gallons of biocrude, and was witnessed by XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX, XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX, XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX, XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX, and XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX.

3.) Some one, or group(s) requested to see Reactor in full production mode. Finally, people other than Neil Boone get to witness the Reactor.

4.) The Biocrude produced before many significant witnesses, should be being tested by AmSpec.

5.) White Papers were requested by some one. A white paper is an authoritative report. White papers are used to educate customers, collect leads for a company or help people make decisions. Many white papers today expose the benefits of particular technologies and products.

6.) The Demo went very well.

Possible attendees of the Demo (pure speculation):

* Jim Ford (one of the owners of AmSpec), Neil Boone, other AmSpec Reps.
* Biofuel Capital Parteners.
* Bank(s) involved in the $10 Million Bridge Loan.
* Any of the 10 Partners that supposedly make up the Baytown Green Energy Consortium.
* Dominican Republic representatives? (We know that they are waiting for full scale Demo, before signing any deal with SSTP).
* Redwood Consultants reps.
* Other unknown guests.
