Do you really think we are near the end of this cycle? Or perhaps only 4-5 years into a 10-20 year cycle? Me thinks must be the latter unless Herbert Hoover and company somehow get resurrected from the grave.. Given the severity of this credit crunch and housing downturn our government will spend and debase us till the misery index hits where it was in 1980..
