Charles will I let you wiggle off this hook as you are adept at doing? Not this time. Charles as you can tell by rereading YOUR OWN WORDS, it is your humble opinion that the ACT was UNINTENTIONAL, NOT that the ACT (failure to comply) was commited by msft. There is a distinction Charles which I hope you see now. You obiviously believe the ACT was commited but it is your opinion that it was unintentional.

And as you know, my use of the word "conviction" was not meant as a technical one, but rather as a shorthand way of saying that you believe msft to be guilty before the case ever gets a hearing. So you must have some BASIS for this strong belief of yours and we would ALL benefit by hearing it I think.
