Tillman was murdered and Rumsfeld covered it up. Because of the timing, and how the medical report proves the killing was done, two shots at close range to the head then all his personal affects destroyed, we know it was a political assassination by Bushies. Why? because now we know Tillman had contacted anti-war groups including Noam Chomsky and was about to come out for Kerry to expose Bush's PHONY war on terrorism right before the 2004 election. Bushies heard that was happening and they fragged him first.

I heard Rumsfeld grilled by congress about it. He clearly lied. Rumsfeld's statement was "If there are any documentary proving a coverup I am not aware of their existence". But he avoided answering the question and admitting or denying the coverup. Also the general in charge evaded the congressional subpeona and didn't show up, which should get him thrown in prison, but didn't.
