They already have the money, and are getting more in late march. The deal they have is very real. No one cares because it's too unbelievable for an OTC company and there are no details. I called IR about this a few weeks ago. It won’t be updated in the stats till the quarterly filing, which i think is sometime in march. From what i know, they are not allowed to release any details yet. That decision is not in their hands. It's with the country they are dealing with. They won’t say who they are dealing with yet either. IR was very resistant. I even tried to trick them into releasing the country, but they are VERY tight about it. It's possible there is more to this deal than consulting, why else would it take so long, and be so secret? I think they are getting cash investment from the client, or from a partner of the client. That’s my guess.
