I call there about once a week, and have never had issues with power. And before you say thats the office, they can drive to the office and plug in there. India has an ancient, creaky, overloaded power grid. Your professional contacts over there (and everyone I talk to when I call customer support on everything imaginable) have backup generators. Big, huge, carbon spewing diesel backup generators than are powered on more often than off. Sure, they can plug their electric Tata's in at the office.. LOL!
