New LUNN shares outstanding...float...

Sergio may have some sharper numbers , but for starters :
(provided TPG hits the 4M earnings)

The Proxy Statement / Prospectus that I received in the mail
this morning gives....

New company shares outstanding.............5,609,995 shares

New Company Shareholders :

LUNN officers 8,600 shares (page 28)
TPG officers 1,147,267 shares (page 29)
Equus Fund 2,692,798 shares (page 24)

Total............................................... 3,848,665 shares

Float.................................................1,761,330 shares

Sergio , why would you speculate on whether Equus would sell ?
Mr. Douglas is a general partner of Equus and Mr.Forbes is a
V.P. of the managing general partner of Equus. Both of these
men will be on the board of the new company. (page 11)
Wouldn't this then make Equus an "affiliate" of TPG (page 38)
and result in restricting them from selling ?

After getting this mailing , I can understand a little better the
lack of publicity and availability of the LUNN people. A ton of
work has gone in putting all this together in addition to all the
filings and meetings , etc.
