I suggest that everyone listen to the recording again. If you know how to move to any portion of the tape, at 51:36 is the radio commercial for the new ISP. I really like it. I was wondering what name they were going to give this new service, and was very pleased that it is "Curtis Mathes Internet Provider". I thought they would use the "CMXway" name or something that did not give out the name recognition value of Curtis Mathes. I really think the recognition of the name is what is getting the ISP going. There are 1000's of ISP around the country, with names that are so abundant, that everyone else gets lost in the sea a providers. With the tie in with billboards, it does make it very interesting what they could do with this using it with radio. Can you imagine what may happen if they do this nationwide on Turner TV commercials(when they have all hubs operating), instead or with the pushing of the uniView too. If Tom was not pulling our chain with the results of selling the ISP after only one week, this revenue, is just as good, if not better and larger than the selling of the uniViews.
I really am getting excited about this ISP, the more that I think about it. If the stores are having so many problems, then this might be the way to go, until they build enough cash flow to do the uniView marketing done right. |
