Here's the lease agreement on the "warehouse/office" space. I think I remember it being in a light industrial park or something of that nature based on other tenants. Would fit the needs of an R&D space.

The "Beacon Hill Development Center" address is the Goetz house. IMO, they really don't need corporate office space of their own right now. Would just be a waste of our money at this point I think.
