The biggest selling mid-range accounting software in the world is Accpac from Computer Associates (CA). The entire product line was recently spun off into an Independent Business Unit of CA. Accpac International now runs completely stand alone from CA. I am not an investor, I am an Accpac reseller. I hear rumors about Accpac going public with an IPO planned in the very near future. Can anyone comment on this? I can't wait to get my check book out. Accpac Is a great product (dos and Windows) with the largest market share in every geographic region in the world. I suspect CA planned a public offering when they set them up as an IBU last year, then looked at Great Plains' sucess and said "we can do that"
