I'm not saying don't post your views, in fact, far from it. However, there have been very few postings of deflationary responses on this thread. Most of them have been discussing the differences in the types of 'flation' and very few have been advocating deflation. I can't speak for what is being posted on other boards but here there appear to be few, if any, in the deflationary camp!!

My take is that inflation has been creeping into almost every facet of life in the US for quite some time. There is almost no evidence of deflation at this point in time. Whether or not there could be a deflationary period in our future can be debated but, for now, stagflation appears to a much more likely candidate then deflation.

Your responses, to me, appear to be bordering on a Pavlov's dog's take on any type of a 'flation' that gets posted here. Any mention of 'flation', you and seabiscuit start foaming at the mouth....er, hacking away at the keyboard, metaphorically jumping up and down, waving your hands over your head screaming "DEFLATION..>>NO WAY!!" This is what caused my responses....we get it!!! But for some reason you continue to beat this "dead horse".

I guess that I appreciate it when you are adding solid content but lately it appears that you are only interested in beating the same dead horse. and beating it....and beating it....
