Last Q's earnings were NOT 6c. 6c is based on primary shares only. The fully-diluted EPS was 3c (actually, about 2.6c). "Fully-diluted" does not refer to possible dilution due to future acquisitions; it refers to dilution due to outstanding in-the-money options, debentures, etc., that already existed at the time. Don't take my word for it, look at the 10-Q. The 25c number is a fiction perpetuated by Oberweis and misleading press releases. --x
