Steve, Question 1--Amy Boling said Thursday proxies would be mailed the middle of November. She was surprised to learn that TRY had falled below the $18.75 threshhold price where TRY has to provide more shares to maintain an $3.25 value to DRNK stockholders. We can only hope that TRY falls below $15 and takes the escape clause to get out of the acquisition. Question 2--Yes. Regards, Tom
