PR for the electors is a move toward direct election of the president. But it must be done by all states and i think only an amendment works and amendments dont happen. The CA initiative is an attempt by republicans to make a minority president more likely i think. If all states adopt, becomes less iikely. We have such different views here and on second amendment. Next president will have some scotus seats to fill. Getting Nervous? (g)
